Warranty Policy

The warranty period of Matchau is normally 12 months after the customer receives the goods.

In the following cases, it is not covered by our warranty policy:

• Exceeded the validity period;

• Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store in accordance with the requirements of the product instructions;

• Products that have been disassembled, repaired or attempted to be repaired without the authorization of the company;

• The product model and serial number on the certificate do not match the actual product;

• Due to accidents, any use errors, irresistible natural factors caused;

• Damage caused by improper transportation, use and storage by the user.
